ENROLLMENT TO BUDGET EDUCATION ON QUOTA

Foreign students and stateless persons have the right to receive higher education financed by budget allocations in accordance with the quota for education of foreign students and stateless persons established by the Government of the Russian Federation (Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of 8 October 2013, No. 891). For information on scholarship within the quota established by the Government of the Russian Federation for foreign citizens' and stateless persons' education, please contact the Rossotrudnichestvo institutions abroad and/or the Ministry of Education of the residence country. Foreign students and stateless persons who have received budget-funded admission within the quota established by the Government of the Russian Federation of 8 October 2013, No. 891. ENROLLMENT UNDER CONTRACT

What documents are needed to enroll under contract education form?

1. A copy of the passport and its notarized translation into Russian (it is also necessary to bring the national passport with you)

2. A copy of the document on previous education with an annex and its notarized translation into Russian (if necessary, the documents on education should be legalized or apostilled in accordance with the established procedure);

3. The certificate of recognition (as appropriate);

4. Financial guarantees;

5. Medical certificate 086-y, X-ray;

6. The certificate of the language competence in Russian;

7. 6 photos.

HOW TO GET AN INVITATION TO ENTER THE TERRITORY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

FOR ADMISSION TO KSPEU

1. Prepare the following documents:

- A copy of the passport and its notarized translation into Russian

(it is also necessary to bring the national passport);

- A copy of the document on previous education with an annex and

its notarized translation into Russian (if necessary, the documents on education

should be legalized or apostilled in accordance with the established procedure).

Attention! Your passport must be valid for 1.5 years before the expected date of entry

2.Scan all the required documents

3. Send documents to International Relations Department e-mail: cio_kgeu@mail.ru

4. If you enter the Preparatory Department to study the Russian language, you must pay the state fee.

Make sure that you indicate the topic of the letter «Documents for invitation». Also in the cover letter write a few words about yourself and direction you would like to enter.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I ARRIVE IN KAZAN?

On arrival in Kazan you need to contact International Relations Department

of the University at the address: Kazan, Krasnoselskaya Str., 51, building «B»

(the nearest building to the subway. In this building the Enrolment committee is located),
