A special event for the experts and guests of Schneider Electric from Russia and the CIS became a platform for discussing the latest technological trends, economy efficiency improving issues, and prospects for cooperation with the countries of Eurasia in the field of innovation. The top managers of Schneider Electric, the heads of the leading Russian and French higher educational institutions, the government officials and economistsspoke during the plenary session of the conference.

Also within the framework of the conference, an agreement was signed between Schneider Electric and Kazan State Power Engineering University. It involves the opening of a new competence center "KSPEU - Schneider Electric". The document was signed by the rector of KSPEU Edward Abdullazyanov and Johan Vanderplaetse, senior vice president of Schneider Electric, the president of the company in Russia and the CIS.
